These “Proudly Made in USA” plate carriers are very well constructed, w/great attention to detail, fit & finish, along with materials & craftsmanship. I received my Armor Plates. The packaging was exquisite & just as impressive as the plate carriers. The plates themselves are almost too pretty to use. Size, thickness, weight, & the multi-curve design, & attention to detail are all very impressive. I’m really not easily impressed. But, you have done it. I was challenged by a friend after he saw my purchase of an Armored Boss brand bulletproof plate. He wanted to know if it could really stop edge shots. His plate, which cost twice as much and is considered top-of-the-line, had managed to stop an edge shot. At first, I didn’t want to destroy my plate, but he offered me a wager, if it could stop a .44 Magnum edge shot, he’d pay for the replacement. That sounded fair, so we put it to the test. To my surprise, this plate didn’t just stop one shot, we fired 10 rounds directly at the edges, some less than half an inch from the border and it stopped every single one. I’m beyond impressed.
Fantastic build quality. I am amazed at the light weight. Standard SAPI cut plate dimensions will fit in virtually all carriers. I am currently rocking it in a Condor Exo because that carrier worked for me the last half of my LE career so why change it? This stuff is the real deal. If you're on the fence, just buy these. You won't regret it.

Purchased limited edition wraparound vest at “Armored Boss”, gotta say I’m so glad I chose them. 1- Armor is only 1/4 thick, 2- There located in Florida so the armor is humidity proof, & coolest vest ever wore, 3- They stitch the seams of there armor not heat sealed like the others, 4- There staff is incredible & really walk you thru the process, 5-The contours of the soft armor wrap around you like a body glove. 6-Great price.
