Lifetime Limited Warranty

We design our products with enduring performance in mind, using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship to withstand years of use. However, all materials have a natural lifespan. While this warranty reflects our commitment to long-term reliability, it also recognizes that over time, even the most durable gear will eventually wear down from use. When that happens, it’s a sign that the product has served its purpose well.
That said, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our bullet-resistant products. Armored Boss products covered by this warranty are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, with certain exclusions noted below.

✅ What’s Covered:
Defects in original workmanship or materials that affect the product’s intended function

Delamination, structural failure, or premature material breakdown due to manufacturing issues

Only unaltered and unmodified products are eligible for warranty claims

❌ What’s Not Covered:
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, improper care, or exposure to harsh environments

Normal wear and tear from extended use, including fading, abrasions, or softening of materials

The natural and expected breakdown of materials and colors over time

Altered, modified, or customized items

Impact or penetration beyond the product’s rated ballistic level (e.g., NIJ Level IIIA)

🔧 Repair Option:
Damage not covered by this warranty may be repairable for a reasonable service fee, plus applicable shipping costs.

Proof of purchase is required

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable

Product registration within 30 days of purchase is recommended but not mandatory

While rigorously tested to meet ballistic standards, no product can guarantee protection under every scenario. This warranty does not imply or ensure survivability or protection from all types of ammunition, angles, or repeated impacts.
